Poker Palooza was pretty fun. I didn't really get any hands to play with in the main event, AQo was the best hand I had I think. I think they ran it too fast with doubled blinds every 20 minutes. :/

I went deep in the battle of the sexes but didn't final table. I was making hands and kicking ass early and then the blind just caught up with me.

Ugh and battle of the bars I overplayed my AK to knock myself out. Blinds are 200/400 and I raise a limper in position to 1600 and get called in 2 spots. Flop comes Q high all hearts and I have the Ah. SB bets 500 into the large pot, 1 fold, and I pretty instaraise to 3500. This is where I went wrong, I should have just called the 500. So then the turn puts a J on the board and he bets 3000, I have about 7000 behind and call. River's a K so I have top pair and a whiffed nut flush draw and stack off to the guy's Q9h flopped flush. Doh!
